Feller stands behind every product it puts into the world. Feller repairs or replaces any product that develops a defect in materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, under normal domestic use.

What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failures under normal domestic use
- All Feller products purchased from authorized retailers
- Products within two years of the original purchase date
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Damage from fire, flood, or lightning
- Damage during transport or handling after delivery
- Products used outside normal domestic settings
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic wear or damage from improper care
- Products without valid proof of purchase
How to Make a Claim
- Submit: The claim form below captures the model number, purchase date, proof of purchase, and a short description of the issue.
- Review: Feller assesses each submission and responds within 3 business days.
- Resolve: Once approved, Feller repairs or replaces the product, with confirmation and tracking details to follow.
After Submission
A confirmation email follows immediately. Feller then responds within 3 business days. Updates on an existing claim arrive by email
Terms
- The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- If the original model is no longer available, an equivalent is provided
- Feller reserves the right to request supporting evidence
- The guarantee exists alongside, and does not diminish, statutory consumer rights
