Where can I buy Feller products?
Feller products are available through our network of authorized distributors and resellers. Contact us and we will be glad to introduce you to an authorized distributor or reseller for your region.
What does the Feller 2-year guarantee cover — and what isn't covered?
Every Feller product is covered by a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, commercial use, or failure to follow the care instructions in the user manual. Please keep your proof of purchase — it is required for any guarantee claim.
How do I make a guarantee claim?
Go to our Support page, search for your product by name or model number, and submit a support request describing the issue. Include your purchase date and proof of purchase so our team can process your guarantee claim. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
How soon will I hear back after contacting support?
Once you have submitted a request through the Support page or contact form, our team will reply by email — usually within 3 business days. Please watch the inbox for the email address you provided, including your spam folder.
Can I repair a Feller product myself?
Please do not attempt repairs yourself — opening or modifying an appliance voids the guarantee and can be unsafe. Contact our support team or an authorized service center for all repairs.
Where can I find the user manual for my product?
Go to our Support page and search for your product by name or model number (for example AFR700, RC99, or KM1500). Your product's page includes its user manual to download.
How do I contact Feller support?
The quickest way to reach us is through our Contact page — your message goes straight to our team. Please include your model number, and for a guarantee issue your proof of purchase, so we can help you faster.
Do you offer spare parts and replacement accessories?
For replacement accessories or spare parts, go to our Support page, search for your product by name or model number, and submit a support request on that product telling us which part you need. Our team will advise on availability and how to obtain it.
Safety, Materials & Everyday Care
Are Feller products BPA-free?
Yes. All Feller parts that come into contact with food or drink are made from BPA-free (Bisphenol A–free) materials, so you can prepare and serve with confidence.
What safety features protect me and my appliance?
Feller appliances are engineered with several layers of protection, which vary by product:
- Auto shut-off — irons power down automatically if left unattended.
- Dry-boil protection — kettles and tea stations switch off if turned on without water, or if the water runs out.
- Overheat cut-off — heating appliances such as air fryers shut down if internal temperatures rise too high.
- Safety interlocks — blenders and food processors only run when the jar or bowl and lid are correctly locked in place.
Always check your product's user manual for the specific safety features of your model.
How should I clean and look after my Feller appliance?
A few principles apply across the range:
- Always switch off, unplug, and let the appliance cool before cleaning.
- Never submerge the motor unit, heating base, or any electrical part in water — wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
- Removable accessories are dishwasher safe where the manual indicates; on non-stick surfaces, avoid abrasive sponges and steel wool.
- Descale kettles and other water-heating appliances regularly to keep them performing at their best.
Your user manual has the exact care instructions for your model.
Air Fryers (AFR Series)
What is Xcyclone-Tech?
Xcyclone-Tech is our proprietary 360° rapid air-circulation technology. It ensures even heat distribution around your food — delivering crispy, golden results with up to 85% less oil and no need to shake or rotate during cooking.
Are Feller air fryers PTFE-free?
Yes. Feller air fryers use a ceramic coating that is completely PTFE-free (no Teflon) and BPA-free, so no harmful chemicals are released even at high cooking temperatures.
Do I need to shake, turn, or preheat the food?
Thanks to Xcyclone-Tech's 360° air circulation, most foods cook evenly without shaking or turning. For very even browning of small items like fries or wings, an optional shake halfway through still helps. Preheating is not essential, but 2–3 minutes of preheating gives an extra-crisp finish on foods such as frozen snacks.
Can I use parchment paper or foil in the air fryer?
Yes, with care. You can line the basket with perforated parchment paper or a little foil, but never cover the whole base — the appliance relies on air flowing freely around the food. Always weigh the paper down with food so it cannot lift into the heating element, and never run the air fryer with loose paper inside and no food.
What is the temperature range of Feller air fryers?
Feller air fryers give you precise control from a gentle 40°C up to 200°C — and up to 230°C on the AFR1100 — covering everything from slow dehydrating to high-heat crisping.
What is the Sync-Finish function on the AFR1100?
The Sync-Finish function lets both compartments of the dual-basket air fryer (6L + 5L) finish cooking at the same time, even when their cooking times differ — so both dishes are ready to serve together.
Can I put the accessories in the dishwasher?
Yes. All accessories included with Feller air fryers — the crisper plate, grill racks, bake tray, and silicone liner — are dishwasher safe. The main unit should never be submerged or placed in a dishwasher.
My air fryer is showing an overheat warning. What should I do?
Switch off the unit and unplug it. Let it cool for at least 20 minutes in a well-ventilated area before using it again. Do not block the air vents during operation, and make sure there is adequate space around the unit.
Rice Cookers (RC Series)
What is the difference between the RC99 and RC33?
The RC99 has a 5L total capacity (up to 10 cups / 1.8L of rice) and suits larger households. The RC33 has a 3L capacity (up to 1L of rice), ideal for smaller households. Both feature 11-in-1 multi-cook functions and 5 adjustable crispy-rice levels.
Can I cook more than just rice?
Yes. Both rice cookers offer 11-in-1 multi-cook functions, so beyond white and brown rice you can prepare grains, soups, stews, steamed dishes, porridge, and more. The 5 adjustable crispy-rice levels also let you create a golden, crisp base to taste.
What is the 24-hour delay timer used for?
The delay timer lets you schedule when your rice cooker begins cooking, so your meal is ready exactly when you need it — up to 24 hours in advance.
How do I clean the inner pot?
The 4-layer aluminum pot with DuPont non-stick coating is dishwasher safe. To hand-wash, use warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Never use abrasive sponges or steel wool, as this will damage the coating.
Kettles & Tea Stations
What are the preset temperatures on the TS290 Tea Station?
The TS290 features 7 preset temperatures optimized for different beverages:
- 40°C to 50°C — Baby food
- 50°C to 60°C — Flower tea
- 60°C to 70°C — Oatmeal
- 70°C to 80°C — Herbal tea
- 80°C to 85°C — Oolong tea
- 85°C to 90°C — Drip coffee
- 90°C to 100°C — Black tea
What is Strix kettle control?
Strix is a premium UK-made kettle control standard known for its precision, reliability, and safety. It regulates boiling and switches the kettle off automatically once the water reaches the correct temperature, preventing over-boiling.
Is the glass in Feller kettles and tea stations really German SCHOTT glass?
The glass component in our kettles and tea stations is SCHOTT DURAN, made of premium Borosilicate glass 3.3, produced by DWK Life Sciences in Germany. This laboratory-grade glass is prized for its heat resistance, optical clarity, and resistance to thermal shock — it will not crack under sudden temperature changes, which makes it ideal for near-boiling water.
My kettle has a dry-boil protection feature. What does that mean?
If the kettle is switched on without water, or if the water runs out during boiling, dry-boil protection automatically shuts the unit off to prevent damage and keep it safe.
How do I descale my kettle or tea station — and what is the white residue inside?
The white, flaky residue you may see is limescale — a harmless mineral deposit left by hard water, not a fault. To remove it, fill the kettle with equal parts water and white vinegar (or use a commercial descaling agent), boil, leave for 20 to 30 minutes, then empty and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if necessary. Descaling every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your water hardness, extends the life of your appliance.
Blenders & Food Preparation
What does the Vacuum function on the VBL1800 do?
The VBL1800 Vacuum Blender removes air from the jar before blending. This prevents oxidation, preserves vitamins and antioxidants, eliminates foam and bubbles, and produces a smoother texture, better color, and longer freshness than standard blending.
What is the difference between the HB1000 Eco, Plus, and Pro?
All three share the same 1000W motor and 4-finned titanium blade; they differ in the accessories included. The Pro version comes with the full accessory set — the 1.4L food processor, stackable blades (chopping, shredding, slicing, grating), whisk, and 1.2L chopper. The Plus and Eco are more streamlined configurations. See the product page for the exact accessory comparison.
How do I use the safety interlock on the FC500 Food Chopper?
The motor only runs when the bowl and lid are correctly aligned and locked. If the unit does not start, check that both the bowl and lid are fully clicked into position. This prevents accidental operation.
Can the KM1500 Kitchen Machine knead bread dough?
Yes. The KM1500 includes a dedicated dough hook and uses planetary mixing action, moving the hook in a planet-like orbit around the 4.8L bowl for thorough, even mixing. Gentle Start Technology increases speed gradually to stop flour from scattering.
Can I blend hot liquids?
Take care with hot liquids — steam can build up pressure and force the lid off. Let food cool a little first, fill the jar no more than two-thirds full, remove the center cap (or leave a vent) so steam can escape, hold the lid firmly with a folded cloth, and start on the lowest speed. Always check your model's manual, as maximum temperatures differ between jars.
Are the blender jars dishwasher safe?
Yes. The jars and accessories for the BL290, BLG1200, and VBL1800 are all dishwasher safe. For best results, rinse them immediately after use.
Steam Irons & Garment Care
What is the PrimeGold Ceramic soleplate?
PrimeGold Ceramic is Feller's signature soleplate coating. It offers ultra-smooth gliding, even heat distribution, and lasting durability — reducing friction across fabrics while resisting scratches.
Can I use tap water in my iron?
Yes — Feller irons are designed to run on ordinary tap water. In a hard-water area, mixing tap water about 50/50 with distilled or demineralized water reduces limescale build-up and prolongs the life of the iron. Avoid perfumed water or descaling additives unless your manual specifically allows them, and run the Self-Clean cycle periodically to flush out mineral deposits.
What does the Auto Shut-Off feature do?
If the iron is left stationary — horizontally or vertically — for a set period without use, it automatically powers off as a safety measure. This applies to the SI300, SI260, and SI290 models.
How do I use the Self-Clean mode?
Fill the water tank to the indicated level, heat the iron to maximum temperature, hold it horizontally over a sink, and activate the Self-Clean function. Steam and water flush limescale and impurities out through the soleplate. Running this cycle every few weeks keeps the iron performing at its best.
My iron is leaking water. What should I do?
Leaking is usually caused by using the steam function before the iron reaches operating temperature, or by overfilling the water tank. Make sure the iron is fully heated before you activate steam, and do not fill beyond the MAX indicator.
